POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE
Binding legal agreements, platform disclaimers, and licensing terms for Tribal Sounds Lab users.
1. Terms & Conditions (Acceptance of Terms)
By registering, signing up, logging in, uploading, or downloading any audio files, packs, beats, or loops on Tribal Sounds Lab, you explicitly and automatically agree to all terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined in this policy page. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Privacy Policy & Data Collection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. When you register, log in via Google or email, or save your profile preferences, we securely store information (such as your name, email, profile photo, and optional creator payout details) via Firebase cloud infrastructure. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is strictly utilized for user authentication, dashboard management, and processing creator earnings.
3. Commercial Use Licensing
All sound packs, loops, samples, and beats downloaded from Tribal Sounds Lab come with a royalty-free license enabling both commercial and non-commercial utilization. Buyers and downloaders are fully cleared to use acquired audio elements in professional albums, sync licensing, commercial advertisements, films, and online creator monetization channels without owing additional performance royalties.
4. Content ID & Copyright Clearances
Uploaders and producers waive their right to issue unauthorized copyright strikes, automated Content ID claims, or takedown notices against legitimate platform buyers who incorporate purchased samples into their videos or audio tracks across networks like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
5. Acceptable Use & Content Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading stolen intellectual property, unauthorized copyrighted tracks, malicious code, hate speech, or content violating third-party rights. The platform reserves the right to remove non-compliant files or terminate user accounts immediately upon notice without liability.
6. Platform Role & Developer Liability Shield
Tribal Sounds Lab operates strictly as an independent technical medium and digital marketplace connecting independent music producers (sellers) with creators (buyers). The platform and its developer/administrator:
- Act solely as a neutral hosting provider and data conduit for audio storage and profile management via secure Firebase cloud infrastructure.
- Assume zero responsibility, liability, or copyright ownership over any audio files, beats, loops, sample packs, or metadata uploaded by users.
- Are completely indemnified and held harmless by both uploaders and downloaders from any legal disputes, copyright infringement claims, royalty disputes, or financial losses arising from platform usage.
- Maintain no active control over user-submitted content prior to upload, relying entirely on the uploader's warranty of ownership.
7. Payment Processing & Storage Fees
All monetary transactions, purchases, and checkouts on Tribal Sounds Lab are processed securely through independent third-party gateway providers (specifically Cashfree).
- No Direct Payment Access: The platform developer and administrator do not handle, store, or process buyer credit card details, debit cards, or primary financial instruments. Cashfree manages all payment settlements directly.
- Storage & Maintenance Commission: Tribal Sounds Lab retains a standard 10% platform service fee on transactions solely to cover cloud database maintenance, security protocols, and Firebase hosting/storage costs.
8. Creator Payouts & Financial Information
To facilitate earnings withdrawals for producers and sellers, the platform securely stores basic payout destination details, such as UPI IDs, account numbers, and IFSC codes, within encrypted Firebase infrastructure.
- Accuracy of Information: Producers and sellers are solely responsible for providing accurate UPI and bank account details. The platform bears no liability for misdirected funds resulting from user input errors.
- Transfer Delays & Third-Party Faults: Payout transfers are subject to banking hours, network connectivity, and third-party financial processor execution times. The platform is not liable for technical delays, transaction declines, or banking errors outside its direct control.
